Apo Island is known worldwide as one of the best examples of a community-managed marine reserve.

Apo Island in Dauin, Negros Oriental, is a small, steep volcanic island surrounded by narrow fringing coral reefs. The waters around the island are home to 650 fish and 400 species corals.

 

A widespread species is the giant sea turtle which can be seen swimming in the shallows and fantastic corral garden daily.

Although gears are included in our tour packages, we still recommend bringing your own Snorkeling Gear and water shoes for your safety.
